DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY
We are accepting orders and deliveries in the United Arab Emirates.
Our standard charges
Dubai : Free
Sharjah : AED 25/kg
Abu Dhabi : AED 35/kg
Ras Al Khaimah : AED 25/kg
Umm Al Quwain : AED 25/kg
Fujairah : AED 40/kg
Deliveries, if not paid online using credit cards, will be cash on delivery.
For online and over the phone orders, delivery will take 2-3 days. The delivery person may ask you to sign a delivery note and will hand you an original invoice and receipts upon payment collection.
Please check the condition of the parcel before signing. In case that it’s damaged or tampered, you can reject the package.
You can track your orders by clicking “My Account”, log in and check your package status.
If you wish to send your order to a different address, please make sure to indicate the delivery address in case different from your registered address.
We don’t deliver to PO Boxes.
We are not yet accepting international orders. We will inform you through our website/s once international orders/deliveries are accepted.
For damaged, tampered, expired or wrongly delivered goods: You are requested to contact asap through phone or email so we can arrange for the replacement of goods or refund the value of the goods.
Please note that refund of payment from a credit card purchase depends on the issuing bank. Approximately 10-15 working days from the receiving date of the refund request. You can call or email us with the invoice details to request for refund or visit our branches. For cash purchases, you can get your refund straight away.
